Amanda Latona

Amanda Latona isn't just a fitness model.
She's a print model, M.C., spokes model, host, actress, bikini and fitness model competitor and a singer!
See?
None of these ladies just do one thing.
But this lady has a really diversified past.
Amanda was born on March 24th, 1979 in Pittsburgh, PA.
When she was 15 her family moved to Orlando, she got involved with Universal Studios there when she was 18, then she got involved in an all girls singing group called Innosense.
Innosense may not sound familiar to you, but let me tell you the bands line up.....
The original members were Danay Ferrer, Mandy Ashford, Nikki DeLoach, Amanda Latona, and ....Britney Spears.
Yes that Britney Spears.
Amanda also dated Backstreet Boy A.J. McLean for two years.
Jump forward a bit and Amanda had been working with a personal trainer.
She thought it would be fun to enter a fitness competition and set her mind to that.
You can see from the above picture, she more than succeeded.
As a matter of fact she became a two time Model America Champion, and she'll be in Muscle and Fitness this summer.
I think this lady can do whatever she puts her mind to.

Katarzyna Kozakiewicz

This is Polish fitness competitor and figure athlete Katarzyna Kozakiewicz.
Katarzyna started out as a horseback rider (I'm assuming competitively) and after fourteen years of doing that, moved into fitness.
She started out in bodybuilding competitions first in 2000 and moved into fitness in 2003.
In fitness competitions, she has had several first place wins including...

Jamie Eason

Who doesn't like Jamie Eason?
She's very popular on the internet, and she seems to be a very nice young lady, who actually goes into forums and posts.
To get into the incredible shape you see here, Jamie used a personal trainer and nutritionist.
It looks like it really paid off.
I can't really find much on her in the way of contest history....
Maybe someone out there can tell us where she has competed.

Besides being a fitness model, she is a computer software consultant.
Jamie has been on the cover of Oxygen Magazine twice.

Torrie Wilson - Fitness Competitor and Fitness Model

Here is a blast from the past in a way.
Many of you may know Torrie Wilson as a female wrestler, but before Torrie ever set foot in a wrestling ring, she was a both a female fitness competitor and female fitness model.
Torrie was born on July 24, 1975 in Boise, Idaho.
Before becoming a fitness model, as she was growing up Torrie was into cheerleading, dance, and track and field.
But starting at the age of fourteen, Torrie began to suffer with anorexia nervosa and bulimia.
She started a fitness program, working out and eating six meals a day as a way to overcome this and plunged head-long into fitness.
Torrie entered her first fitness competition and placed third, then went on to win the Miss Galaxy competition in 1998.

At that competition she met Lisa Marie Varon, another fitness competitor.
Lisa went on to become Victoria in the WWF/WWE and Tara in TNA.
The meeting in 1998 was the start of a life-long friendship.
Also in 1998, Torrie took part in the Women's Tri-Fitness Championships, and placed first in the Grace and Physique round, also doing very well in the Fitness Routine and Obstacle Course.
Lisa Marie was also a top ten finalist in that competition.

As a fitness model, Torrie appeared in several of the muscle and fitness magazines swimsuit issues, as did another one of the fitness beauties who later turned female wrestler, Trish Stratus.

Diana Chaloux's Birthday

Today is the lovely Diana Chaloux's birthday.

The last time I did an entry on the gorgeous Jodie Minear, she was a fitness model and NPC figure competitor.
Now she is a fitness model and IFBB Figure Pro.
I think Jodie is one of the most beautiful women competing today.
She's the perfect blend of size, symmetry, sultriness, sexiness and I think I just ran out of adjectives that start with a S.

Here's an IFBB Bikini Pro that's not your usual fitness competitor.
Jaime Baird is not only gorgeous, but she's also a marketing expert in brand strategy and research.
She has worked for Universal Orlando, Nike, House of Blues, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer and Kroger.

As far as competition goes....

Fitness Competitor - Tara LaValley

This beautiful young lady is model, dancer, actress, personal trainer, diet coach AND NPC fitness competitor Tara LaValley.
Is she really doing enough?

Tara was born in Chicago on April 25, 1981.

This five foot four inch, green eyed beauty was on the December Cover of Muscle & Fitness Magazine.
And she appeared in the comedy/ romance movie "The Rebound" with Catherine Zeta-Jones and Justin Bartha.
Besides that, she has appeared in Law & Order: Criminal Intent, As the World Turns, All My Children and Guiding Light.

This beautiful lady is fitness model Gina Ostarly.
Gina was born and raised in New Orleans, but now lives in Florida with her husband and three children.
That's right, three children.
And she's forty.
Yes...forty.
Here again is a lady that you can look to for inspiration and to see that you can do whatever you put your mind to.
I mean really, just look at her!
And Gina is a very busy lady.
She's a gym owner, personal trainer, fitness and swimsuit model and makeup artist.

This beautiful young lady is Brazilian personal trainer, nutrition consultant, fitness model and IFBB pro figure competitor Larissa Reis.
Larissa was born on May 21st, 1979 in Brasilia, Brazil.
She is five feet, five inches tall and weighs between 132 (contest) and 139 (off-season).
Her hobbies are surfing, skating, long boarding, triathlons, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Here's another one I wonder if we'll see try her hand at MMA....

More Fitness Beauty Monique Minton

Of all the the female fitness models I've done on this blog, Monique Minton is hands down the favorite.
This lovely figure competitor and spokes model has scored again, appearing on what I think is her second Flex Magazine cover.
And this five foot, ten inch, one hundred and fifty pound, half filipinia beauty has added to her contest history since my first write up.
In addition to her other figure competitions, you can now add 1st place at the 2009 NPC USA Bodybuilding & Figure Championships.
Yes Monique took first place!

What's next for her?
Well I have heard rumors of a possible MMA career.
Over at PureFight they have an interview with Monique after she won a gold medal in the no gi division at Naga Europa.

Everybody seems to like Asian fitness model and fitness trainer Jung Da-yeon, so here is another picture of her.

Personal Trainer, Julie Comer

This young lady is Julie Comer, a NASM certified personal trainer that according to her BodySpace page, wants to become a female fitness model.
I think she's already there.
Julie started out training when she hit 175 pounds after a knee injury and look at her now.
