Though there’s not much left of this winter, German tuner Miranda-Series announced a very good looking winter sport package for the BMW 320d (the current generation, but the version before the facelift). By optimizing the ECU, the tuner managed to increase the 2.0 liter turbo diesel’s power output up to 199 hp. Handling was improved by equipping the car with Eibach Pro-Street-S coilover suspension and Stop-Tech brakes. Other changes include new 19-inch black alloy wheels wrapped in Dunlop winter tires and new Recaro seats. However, there’s one small setback. The package, though it looks good, it’s not that impressive, but instead is priced at €13,544 (almost $18,000), which is a lot.

New BMW Vision Modification 2010
The new 2+2-seater hybrid-diesel BMW Vision Efficient Dynamics concept car, with sexy gullwing doors and low emissions, will be the centerpiece of the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show, but there is plenty of information available about the car already.Offering hybrid technology, the BMW Vision EfficientDynamics is powered by a three-cylinder turbodiesel and two electric motors. System output is 262kW (356hp), maximum torque is 800 Newton-metres (590 lb-ft). The all-wheel drive features an electric motor on both the front and rear axle.
With an anticipated acceleration from zero to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds and top speed around 250 km/h (155 mph), fuel consumption in the EU test cycle of 3.76 litres/100 km (equal to 75.1 mph imperial gallons), and CO2 emissions are 99 grams/kilometre.
As a plug-in hybrid, BMW Vision EfficientDynamics is able to cover the entire fuel consumption drive cycle under electric power alone. Taking the sources of energy used for generating the electric power consumed into account (EU electricity mix), this reduces the CO2 emission rating to just 50 grams per kilometre.
Electric power is generated through an efficient concept of Brake Energy Regeneration. Energy is stored in 98 lithium polymer cells. The car is able to cover a distance of approximately 50km (31 miles) in electric mode alone.

Old car Vietnamese electric BB
Design Concept Harrington BB Electric CarI know what you’re thinking. You’re thinking, “I really wish I could get a car as odd-looking, frail and evil-handling as the classic BMW Isetta, but with all the drawbacks of electric power!”.Well, friends, have we got the Vietnamese cars for you! Harrington Group, makers of assorted oddball reproduction parts (P1800 bumpers, 2CV interior kits), has put together the first example of what they’re calling a Harrington BB. And while it may look like an Isetta - exactly like an Isetta, including the plaid interior - it is, in fact, a completely new car from the ground up, with rack-and-pinion steering, steel tube chassis and four wheel hub electric motors. The BMW genes go deep, however, and it sports the Isetta’s white wheel and single dial control panel, and woeful swing axle rear suspension. According to Harrington, they’re aiming for a (faster) production version for 2009; a hybrid; and assorted other electric 3- and 4-wheelers. Electric Henkel, anyone?

German ww2 troop carrier half track car
fierce half track car german design This car looks fierce as having used to fight and this car made in german. i think this car can defend for situation.
Almost identical but not actualWe wandered through his multi level carpark taking the odd non-Benz car from its stands giving it a quick service, plus spray grease in and on door hinges etc. An hour or two on the private roadway to get a little heat in things then puting it away for another indeterminate period.
In our roaming we decided to go through the unrestored and non-running lot and came upon some treasures he had forgotten he had!First up a German ww2 troop carrier (half-Track) which is fitted with a petrol engine! In the medium light it looked like a Benz or Maybach built engine (not that I am that familiar with the prewar stuff)! We checked it out a little closer and even though it was in a well used condition and a bit rusty, we concluded we should have a closer look when it is pulled into the service area. Keep posted for that one!He recalled that he bought it in an 'Auction' lot that came from a deceased/dispossessed eastern bloc government auction where he had only narrowly been able to get it out (or so they made out). He was forced to buy a container load of Eastern-bloc motorcycles to make up the required minimum export value, then they were able to include the 'troop-carrier' in the shipment and be guaranteed safe passage for the lot. What was revealed when the container with the motorcycles was opened was quite a few new 'Jawa' and 'CZ' motorcycles and most unexpected a ww2 'BMW' motorcycle with a sidecar!
There was excitement in my voice as I suggested we check it out, the Motorcycle collection is not given the credence the cars are but I am keen to check that particular machine! We find it and it is complete, however, rotten tyres and a rusted-on fuel cap prevented anything happening but to pull it out and put in the order for tyres. The tank mounted gearshift and 'Hi/Lo' range lever moved and all gears seemed to be present, but who knows! So, we shall do all the oil and the rest while we wait for the tyres and check the 'Troop-Carrier' for viability for a run, since it has pads on the tracks (which need replacing) and the front tyres are cracked and ancient, we conclude this one will take a while! I encouraged my friend to just leave it in the condition it is in with a thorough clean-up only and renewal of parts that just must be replaced to run as it should.

Official BMW Concept Car Presented Vision Efficient Dynamics 3 Liter Per 100 Km

Official BMW concept car presented Vision Efficient Dynamics. With a futuristic design, the car full-hybrid technology is only needed 3.76 liters of fuel per 100 kilometers.
Concept car BMW Vision Efficient Dynamics was officially presented at the Frankfurt Motor Show 2009. Although hybrid, the BMW Vision EfficientDynamics is able to be driven up to speed 250 km / hour. To accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour just 4.8 seconds.
However, due to the diembannya hybrid technology, fuel consumption on average by the standards of the EU, only 3.76 liters per 100 kilometers, with CO2 emissions of 99 grams per kilometer.
CO2 emissions are lower can be achieved when the car drove just by relying on electric power alone, especially after the battery charged. CO2 emissions on average as low as 50 grams can be achieved perkilometer.
Performance and fuel economy is exceptional at this car was created thanks to a combination of the three-cylinder turbodiesel engine with a hybrid motor that works in sync on the front axle, and a full-hybrid system in the rear axle.
The combination of all three engines working precision in regulating energy, then created a vibrant performance and optimum efficiency. With a variety of support systems such as power management, the BMW ActiveHybrid technology could work to suppress the maximum fuel consumption.
Overall, this machine can produce 356 df, with a maximum torque of 800 Nm. "BMW Vision Efficient Dynamics development strategy, proving that BMW managed to achieve the target fuel economy and emissions standards are more stringent that will be needed in the future." said Corporate Communications Director of PT BMW Indonesia Helena Abidin.
In addition to high technology, BMW is also designed with artistic flavor. Front, side, rear, and the roof, everything seemed to flow smoothly from one part to another, with the surface and creating dynamic forms of light and shadow accent is very attractive. Provides accent light sports car that emotional
